We are a small Twin Cities wedding entertainment team. Small is deliberate — the person who plans your wedding with you is the person who shows up to run it. You will not be handed off to a stranger the week before.
One person handles both the music and the microphone at most weddings. That is on purpose: the person choosing the next song is the same person who just watched how the room reacted to the last one. They run introductions, announcements, special dances, and the pacing of the reception.
When your ceremony is at a separate location, or when the room needs more than one sound system, we bring a second set of hands. They handle microphones for the officiant, vows, and readings, and make sure ceremony audio is tested and working before anyone is seated.
If you have added uplighting or dance floor lighting, a tech arrives early to place fixtures, match colors, and program the room. Lighting gets set and tested well before guests arrive so nothing is being fiddled with during cocktail hour.
Between booking and your wedding day, someone is keeping your song list, timeline, special moments, and vendor details organized — and checking in so nothing important gets remembered the week of.
Ask. Before you book anything, we will set up a call with the DJ who would actually be at your date, so you can hear how they talk, how they think about music, and whether they are a fit for the night you are planning. That is a better test than any highlight video.
