We hire experienced wedding DJs, MCs, and event technicians in the Twin Cities. If you take weddings seriously and you would rather do twenty great ones than sixty rushed ones, we would like to hear from you.

Roles we hire for

Wedding DJ / MC

Run the music and the microphone for full receptions. You should be comfortable reading a room, running introductions and special dances, and holding a timeline together without making the night about you.

Event technician

Set up, run, and strike sound and lighting for ceremonies and receptions. Load-in, cable management, sound check, and clean teardown. Reliability matters more than flash.

Planning coordinator

Work with booked couples between signing and wedding day — song lists, timelines, vendor coordination, and the follow-up that keeps details from slipping.

What we look for

Real wedding experience, not just club or bar sets. Weddings have a different job.
Clear, natural microphone presence.
Broad musical range and genuine interest in music you personally would not choose.
Punctuality and professional appearance. Non-negotiable.
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and move equipment.
Weekend availability, primarily Saturdays, May through October.
Your own gear is a plus but not required.

How it works

Most of our roles are event-based rather than salaried, paid per wedding, with rates depending on the role, the hours, and your experience. Busy-season DJs typically work most Saturdays from late spring through fall. We do not ask anyone to work a wedding they have not been fully briefed on.
